Terms of Service

1. The service

Spartan Web Studio designs, builds, and maintains websites. Your first website is built at no cost. Ongoing changes are covered by the Website Care Plan, a monthly subscription ($40/month). You can use the free build without ever subscribing — the Care Plan is only required if you want us to keep making changes after launch.

2. NexaLibre — where your site lives

We build and maintain websites exclusively on the NexaLibre platform (nexalibre.com). To work with us you must have your own NexaLibre Workspace, purchased directly from NexaLibre under their terms and pricing — any tier, including free ones, works.

• Your workspace, your website. The workspace, the site, and its content belong to you, not to us.
• You grant us delegated, workspace-scoped access so we can build and edit your site. We can revoke it, and you can ask us to revoke it, at any time.
• If you cancel our service, we remove only our own access. Your website keeps running on your NexaLibre workspace.
• If your NexaLibre hosting lapses, we can't work on your site until it's active again. NexaLibre's own fees and terms are between you and NexaLibre.

3. Care Plan & Service Credits

The Care Plan includes 10 service credits per month, with a strict cap of 3 credits per week. Work is priced in credits by size:

• Standard edit — 1 credit. Text updates, image swaps, link changes, formatting.
• Feature — 3 credits. A contact form, calendar integration, page-layout update, standard plugin setup.
• Large feature — 5 credits. E-commerce setup, custom portals, a full new page design.

Additional credits beyond your allowance cost $20 each, prepaid. Your weekly allowance is applied first; prepaying the shortfall is what approves over-cap work — we never start it unpaid. Credits don't roll over month to month and unused weekly capacity doesn't stack. If we decline a request (for example, it's bigger than its tier), any prepaid credits it consumed are refunded to your balance automatically. Requests must be reasonably scoped; we may ask you to split oversized requests.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; you can cancel, update payment methods, and download invoices anytime from the billing portal in your account. Prices shown in the app are fetched live from Stripe and may change with notice on the pricing page; existing subscribers keep their price until told otherwise. Unused service credits and partial subscription periods are not refunded.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You must confirm your email address to use the portal.
• Provide the content (text, images, branding) for your site, and only content you have the right to use.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. We may decline requests and, for abuse, suspend accounts.

6. Our commitments & limits

We build in good faith and to professional standards, but websites and third-party platforms (NexaLibre, Stripe, domain registrars) can have outages or changes outside our control. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss caused by third-party platforms.

7. Closing your account

You can close your account anytime from My Account. Closing it immediately cancels your Care Plan (no further charges), revokes our access to your NexaLibre workspace (your website keeps running and remains yours), and deactivates your login. Billing records are retained as required for financial record-keeping — see the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email internal@spartanit.pro.
