Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, business name, email, phone, and country/state (used for billing context and support hours).
• Your site brief: what you tell us about your business and the website you want — goals, pages, style, features.
• Files you upload: logos, images, documents you share so we can build your site.
• Service activity: edit requests, their status, and notes exchanged with our team.
• Billing references: your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and payment status. We never see or store card numbers — payment details live with Stripe.
• Hosting references: your NexaLibre workspace reference and the scoped access key you delegate to us.

2. What we use it for

One thing: providing the service — building your site, running your edits, billing your plan, and reaching you about your account (email verification, edit updates, launch notices, password resets). We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies we set are the session and security cookies Django needs to keep you signed in.

3. Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing (your email and subscription details).
• NexaLibre — hosting: we exchange workspace references with them to set up and maintain your site; you have your own direct relationship and account with NexaLibre.
• Zoho Mail — our email provider, which delivers the messages we send you.

That's the whole list. No data brokers, no advertisers.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. If you close your account, your login is deactivated immediately, our access to your workspace is revoked, and we stop emailing you. We retain billing and edit-history records as required for financial record-keeping and dispute resolution; uploaded files and your site brief can be removed on request.

5. Your rights

• Access & correction: your details are editable anytime in My Account.
• Deletion: close your account from My Account, or email us to request removal of uploaded files and brief content beyond that.
• Portability: your website lives in your NexaLibre workspace — it's already yours and stays with you.

6. Security

The portal runs over HTTPS; passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text); email changes and new accounts require code verification; and our access to your hosting uses a workspace-scoped key that can be revoked at any time. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small on purpose.

7. Changes & contact
